Product was fine...

Long one here, but I bought a GroupOn for Mod Paws. I paid through the GroupOn site, and then followed the steps to order the product through Mod Paws. I was then charged again through this site. After talking with customer service at both GroupOn and Mod Paws, GroupOn reluctantly reimbursed me for their charge. They wanted to know why Mod Paws didn't honor the GroupOn. I asked Mod Paws, and they did not provide an answer other than they honored the code. I don't think paying $40+ for $20 socks is honoring, nor is putting the customer in the middle of a vendor issue. I will likely find another vendor in the future because Mod Paws telling me that I'm basically out of luck is not great customer service.
