This is my second of these awnings. I've had the first one over my deck for a couple of years and it has held up perfectly. I am actually astonished that it's so well made yet so inexpensive. I did add support posts to give it added strength during moderate wind, and that was a great investment, but that's optional. I highly recommend this awning!!
