I have never read any books on Stoicism or Buddhism. After reading this book, I now understand different (and some similar) ways these two philosophies compare to christianity. And the differences in religious and secular faith. Then the author gives a simple, daily practice to calm ourselves and a strategy to make importance decisions. Thank you for opening my world to new school of thought.
