Followed recipe exactly as written and it came out quite dense. The top part was a little "cake" like but the rest of the loaf was more of a quick bread consistency. I was so looking forward to eating this recipe but I could not. Taste was a little lacking also. I got no real "apple cinnamon" taste. This was just a bust for me.
