I am not satisfied with the service I received. My order took a long time to be delivered, and when I finally received it, I discovered that the corners of all the ceiling tiles were damaged.
As compensation, I was offered replacement ceiling tiles. However, I still have not received the replacements.
It has now been approximately one month and one week since I originally purchased the ceiling tiles, and because of these delays, I have still been unable to replace my ceiling.
I am very disappointed with the length of time this process has taken and would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved as soon as possible by delivering the replacement ceiling tiles that were promised to me.
