Perfect for my Walther PDP F

The Holosun SCS PDP is the perfect optic for the PDP F series of pistols. Fits great, co-witness with the sights and matches the slide cuts on the pistol perfectly. No batteries to replace, just get it some light and no worries about the optic no being ready when needed.

Hate that it’s made in China

The fit, finish and quality of the Holosun SCS green dot is great. In a world of plates and mounting screws to have a sight designed to fit the optic cut of a specific handgun is really smart. I have an SCS on a Glock 19 and Walther PDP SF. Both snap in place and look like they grew out of the slide. They sit low on the slide making co-witnessing automatic. I was an iron sight guy so this dot feels very natural and intuitive. The downside for some may be no brightness adjustment but in bright sun and low light indoor ranges the SCS adjusts and I don’t even think about it. I actually find the green dot easier to use than the red.

Bullseye finder

I have never shot so well, as with this red dot. This was a new optic on a new Walther PDP F. After warning up with about 8 rounds, the remaining 32 rounds were either in the bullseye, or 1st ring outside it. I am normally just an average shooter, certainly not a good shooter, and am a 70+ yo lady with vision issues. These results were directly attributable to the optic, I do believe.
