Personalized Pink Polka Dot Dog Collar

Not What They Used To Be

So I had previously ordered a collar just like this from this website several years ago for our previous dog and it was perfect! Held up over time and the color was a nice bright but not too bright pink. Got lots of compliments on it. This time not so much. The material feels lower in quality and the pink was so faded and light that you couldn’t see the white polka dots. And the printing of her name looked terrible the black ink ran in places. They very nicely offered me a replacement. I picked a different pink collar and then upgraded to the Martingale which was what I meant to order originally. Just received it. Quality is very poor and fits terribly and because it has more buckles on it her first name is not showing at all. I won’t be using this collar and don’t recommend this company anymore. Quality has definitely gone downhill.
