Personalized Embroidered Reflective Dog Collar

I'm disappointed with the collar I ordered because it is not comfortable for my small dog. The fabric is not soft enough and her body language showed me she was uncomfortable. Maybe she is just too small (15lb) for this product, because my friend who has a hound size dog is very happy with her collar. Or maybe it would get softer with age, but when I wanted to put is back on she hid under the table.
