I am obsessed with the next gen soups - way better than the prior powdered version!

This was my 3rd prolon 5 day fast. They have made it even easier with this new kit. I Highly recommend for a reset or looking to up your fasting game!

I did enjoy the premade soup packs. I was disappointed that the nut bars were all the same , unlike the Prolon kit that comes with a shake mix one day and a variety of two different bars, the following days.
