Works well, good that i didnt take the 90cm or 30cm. Did squats and bench with them. Bit stretch and stiff at same time

Great wrist wraps for powerlifting. They provide excellent support during bench press. The material is strong but comfortable, easy to wrap, and doesn’t cut into the wrists. I feel much more stable and confident under the bar. Highly recommended for training
