I purchased the Heavy Black Wrist Wraps (90 cm) about a month ago, and I feel ready to share my review. I use them in almost every training session, and they have completely changed the way I train — my wrists now feel truly secure. At first, I thought that choosing the 90 cm heavy version would leave my wrists almost immobile. In reality, the level of compression depends on how tightly you wrap them, allowing proper mobility without affecting the biomechanics of the movement. A note on care: the Velcro is extremely strong. I recommend, once they’re dry from sweat, to close them as shown in the video and store them in the bag provided by Strength Shop. If any part of the Velcro is left exposed, it can stick to other surfaces and potentially cause damage — a feature that, if not handled properly, could become a drawback.
