I’m a seafood fiend. I catch it and I prepare and clean my catch a bit more particulate than most. This stuff was so fresh, it was packaged so well. I want to find some scales to rinse, that’s telling me they kept it pristine. You will not find fresher fish. If you keep up with the seasons for types, you will prosper.
