As usual, the tilefish was great! My motto is, "if it smells fishy, it's not fresh" and all the fish I have gotten from Keys Fresh has been FRESH LOCAL FLORIDA (KEYS) SEAFOOD...the only way to get it fresher is to catch it yourself!
