Skinless Raw Walnuts

Walnuts skinless - not consistent

We order skinless walnuts fruequently, but we have received some bags that still have a lot of skin on them. My wife does not like the taste of walnut skins so she meticulously removes any remaining skins by hand. THey are still better than regular walnuts from the grovery store otherwise we would not buy them but wish they were more consistent with less skin.

These walnuts are delicious. The lack of skin makes a wonderful difference in flavor. And the nuts are large, clean, & good looking: not a bunch of tiny broken pieces & walnut "dust."

These really surprised me... and the UPS driver.

The UPS driver had two packages: an Apple monitor, and my walnuts. My excitement over the walnuts versus the Apple monitor made him laugh. He told me that he and his wife love walnuts and they bake with them all the time. I told him a little about Valley Walnut and what made their walnuts different. I immediately opened a bag so we could both try them. Our reaction was the same: Wow! I gave him some walnuts to share with his wife. We normally buy walnuts from Whole Foods, and a side-by-side taste test really highlighted what makes Valley Walnut so special. I have yet to bake with them, but I love adding them to my fruit yogurt in the morning. These are a must-have for anyone who bakes for sure.
