Clumpy and stuffing migrates away from middle

I was thrilled when this body pillow arrived—the first few nights were absolutely wonderful. It was comforting indeed! Soft, cozy, and offered the shoulder and hip support I’d been searching for. Unfortunately, after less than a week the filling began clumping up and migrating towards the ends, leaving an almost hollow “valley” in the middle—the opposite of what you want in a pillow designed for full-body hugging. A really vigorous shake-and-fluff session before bedtime does help a little, but it’s not a practical nightly ritual (especially if my partner is already asleep). By morning, the center is empty again and the ends are overstuffed and clumpy. I emailed customer service twice, but I haven’t heard back (it’s been three weeks). I’m outside the return window — and because the pillow is considered “used,” it does meet their return criteria anyway. But I was hoping they had a re-fluffing tip or warranty option - that would have made all the difference here. If the fill stayed evenly distributed, or if the company provided responsive support, this could easily be a five-star pillow. As it stands, it’s lovely at first but quickly loses its comfort, and the lack of follow-up leaves me disappointed.
