I never would have ordered this is if I knew the instructions for pairing the intercom were so obscure and you cannot get any live help. The broken english in the helmet audio recordings are telling. I follow their instructions and can not connect to the intercom which is the only reason i purchased it. The directions say to put in pairing mode turn on and hold center button for “pairing” audio prompt. Then hit center button, auto pairing. Nope. 1 touch. Nope. Hold 2 seconds. Nope. Hold five seconds helmet turns off. Their sizing is off also, so be cautious. My husband tried twice when we just got the refund I paid extra for and he just went with a different compay. Both boast intercom capabilities and his pairs just fine with other helmets. Mine does not. If you use phone call instead of intercom your helmet is dead in an hour.

Line of sight is horrible

I can’t see anything in this helmet that is not directly ahead of me which is a life safety hazard on a bike! I can’t glance at my speedometer or see to my left or right in this thing. Needless to say, I regret the waste of money and not immediately sending it back. I purchased a great helmet elsewhere that I love though that allows me to see what I need to see and provides protection.
