My daughter had picked out a cheap pleather moto jacket on Amazon, but I didn't want to buy junk. I picked this jacket from Milwaukee because the quality was good on paper and the price was super reasonable. She was super pleased and wears it constantly now. I'm impressed with the quality and, frankly, I'm a little jealous. If I'm in the market for leather again, I'm definitely coming back to Milwaukee.

Never received package

Ordered this jacket for my wife’s birthday. They used Amazon to deliver the package and they delivered it to the wrong address! Was originally asked if I’d like a refund or for them to send another. Told them I’d prefer the refund. In the meantime bought another jacket for her but when I checked my emails I saw the customer service representative had emailed me back stating they could only send me another jacket. Called them back to tell them I needed a refund and the gentleman said they didn’t do refunds. Asked to speak to his manager and was told they don’t have management. So instead of waiting yet another week or more I decided to dispute the charges with my bank. Would not recommend at all! Was the first time buying and will be my last!
