Excellent Customer Service! Great Product!
My wife and I love the Variety Tripod, and we’re so glad we bought it for our recent trip. It helped us capture amazing photos and videos. Sadly, I lost it on the way back home, which was really upsetting. The day after we returned, I ordered another one online, but ended up receiving a Vlogging Tripod instead. I reached out to KraftGeek, and Janna was incredibly helpful—she sent me the correct Variety Tripod and even let me keep the Vlogging Tripod. Big thanks to KraftGeek!

I love it, but it could be so much better
I love the design, the ease of assembly, the light weight and the nice wide music holder. So why only 3 stars I hear you ask? I use both paper music and a tablet and I thought this would be perfect, but there are several issues. First it's really wobbly and top heavy. It's fine for a few sheets, but put a folder or a book on it and it's a bit unstable. Next the tablet doesn't have anything to support it when I put it on the stand. The middle bar is too high up for an 11inch tablet in landscape mode. If I put the tablet in the special clamp, below the book rest, I cannot see the conductor as sheet music is in the way. Even with no sheet music out it is difficult to see past and very tall. Having it this high up also makes it very wobbly. I would like to be able to easily detach it and put it below the tablet holder. I know that's probably difficult to design into it, but it would really help musicians who are in big groups with a conductor. I probably should have bought the heavy one rather than the Lite, but I play a heavy instrument, a Euphonium, and wanted to reduce weight. Thanks for reading all this.
