JET RC BLACK SERIES (RIM BRAKE)

Jet RC are a notable upgrade from my Ardennes wheel set. I opted for the 4 inch wheel design due to cross wind in my area. Performance is excellent with a 1 to 2 mile per speed increase. Customer service is excellent. Would not purchase wheels from any other company. Sean Haymes-Maree

I absolutely love my new HED Wheels! The braking technology makes for quick braking! Wonderful sounds from the hub and smooth rotations :)

These were “Perfectly Imperfect” rims (RC) and they are great. The textured brake rim works really well with my existing rim pads. These wheels (46mm) were not listed on website but Andrew actually took the time to check inventor and found a pair they could build and gave me the same price as the 60mm “Perfectly Imperfect” listed. The imperfections are really not noticeable (all cosmetic) So far (about 150 miles) and no issues. My only minor issue is when I mounted the tires (Continental GP 5000 28mm) I accidentally rubbed on a HED decal and it partially peeled off the rim. I contacted HED and they would apparently only sell a set of 4 and with shipping, they were over $50. Not worth it. I thought a replacement decal might be covered under 5 year warranty but guess not. I would not have expected the decal to rub off. (The tire iron didn’t cause the peeling, it was my thumbs trying to roll tire onto rim. Regardless great wheels!
