Lasagna Spring Blooms

I read about planting spring bulbs lasagna style on the Easy to Grow website. So this year, I planted dutch iris on the bottom and narcissis on the top. After the narcissis blooms in mid February, the dutch iris will cover the spent plants and bloom in April. All the bulbs are nice, healthy and a good size. The narcisis planted in late November is already sprouting in December in Texas. Added bonus, all of these are deer resistant. Can't wait for the white blooms in February to welcome spring.
