All but the smallest inserts will fit without practically blowing out the seams of my shoes. Putting the CB socks on first then putting your regular socks over them makes seating them in the correct place much easier.

The product does its job: prevent creases on the top of the toe box. It doesnt protect your shoes from all creases as you can still get them on the sides of the toe box. Im not saying the product is not good, but it does its job and only that. I think it would be better if it could prevent creases on both the top and the sides of the toe box.
