Lovely infant sheepskin but tariff issue on US shipments

I wanted the best quality infant sheepskin for a gift and was pleased to see it offered by Soul Comfort. I received excellent customer service and very prompt delivery from Canada to Hawaii. The sheepskin looks lovely and comes nicely packaged in a zippered pouch. The current tariff situation imposed a significant additional cost for UPS to release the shipment to me, but this was no fault of Soul Comfort. However, once I opened the shipment, I discovered the steep tariff cost was avoidable because the "baby lambskin" I received has a US distributor. If this vendor was aware of that, I wish they had mentioned it to me.
