5/5 stars for an amazing experience with this company . Back story is I ordered the pink Daytona helmet for my child and the measurements online were a little different then what came in the mail . I reached out to the company and explained my concern and within a day I received a call from Axel who was very happy to make things right for me ! He and his team sent me two helmets in different sizes overnight for me to try on my daughter with a shipping label to return the ones that didn't work . They knew I had a trip this week and made sure it was made right before I left . This may seem like a simple act but it was huge for me and my family . I am so grateful I found this company and got a helmet that is going to work for my daughter . Thank you again to this Team for the awesome communication , thank you for going above and beyond when you didn't have to . Can't wait to continue to purchase from this company.
