I've purchased 3 times from Dibia testing out online insect sourcing which I am new too. First two orders went great. But the 3rd delivery didn't make it alive due to the extreme heat right now. I contacted support and they responded with resolution options same day. I was able to arrange a replacement order and have the shipping adjusted to pick up at a FedEx hub to maximize my success of receiving my crickets alive. It worked out fantastic and I feel good about continuing to purchase my feeders from them. Thank you, for in a time of automating and using AI to replace real customer service, you took the best care of me and I truly appreciate the effort.

My crickets arrived safe and sound and very lively. You guys really go the extra mile with packaging them to prevent escape and lots of potato to keep them hydrated. Roxie(my bearded dragon) gives you her stamp of approval! They are crunchtastic!
