Tough winter

I have had good experiences but this winter is tough. I’ve had two orders with dead bugs. First time I dealt with the cold they did come out of being dormant. However, I did have a an order and they were completely dead but I didn’t have a heat pack. This time got a heat pack and they are still dead, the heat pack was not near the bugs in the box. Customer service is not flexible and has not gotten back after they told me to wait 24 hours. Emailed back and they are still dead, no answers from customer service, I wish to be a loyal customer but I do not feel taken care of of whatso ever this winter
