This cake exceeded all my expectations! The ordering process was easy and fuss-free, shipping was fast with minimal but effective packaging. The cake was absolutely divine. So flavourful and not overly sweet, with generous amounts of cherry in and on the cake. I got this for my 50th birthday and it was a hit! But I'm not waiting for another birthday to order another cake. I can't wait to try the other sugar-free cakes. Andy, thank you for this outstanding cake, and that it's sugar-free (without the weird after taste) is definitely something to write about.

Not sure about the customer service

Paid for expedited shipping (2-4 days): cake arrived after a week and a half. An email inquiring as to the delay whether I should be refunded for the complete opposite of expedited shipping has so far gone unanswered.
