I love them! I had lg tones before and I love the fact that these kinda sit in my ears. The ear buds before would fall out of my ears. Great battery life!!

Skullcandy is the best the took my old earbuds under warranty still and gave me a coupon for some new ones loving the open ear model now

product is great BUT the customer service was terrible. when I received this order it was missing an item and there was no paper receipt. when I went to contact I was talking to a AI assistant. that's now help but eventually I got in contact with a person. who took 24 hrs to reply to each email I sent. still waiting on the missing item but it has been sent
