These fit into my lifestyle perfectly, I love the call quality & the fact that they give you a hearing test to tune to your hearing My only complaint is the size of the case but that’s nothing a clip can’t fix

This is my second pair. My first one the right ear buds stop working and I tried repairing it though your chat line but they couldn't help me fix the problem. I couldn't find a repair center in Houston. So I purchased another one.

The earbuds weren’t comfortable to wear and the case was abnormally large and bulky. I couldnt even fit it in my pocket. The worst part was that it cost me $20 to send it back! I have learned my lesson to order through Amazon next time- free returns. Update: after sending them back and waiting 16 days (10 for the refund plus a few extra days just in case) a refund never showed up. I contacted skullcandy and provided proof of the return delivery and was told it would take another 5-7 days to get my money back. I filed a complaint woth Shopify and just now received an email stating my redund was processed. I appreciate the help but will still never do business with Skullcandy.
