Excellent quality press. It’s nice that it’s stainless steel so it’s not as heavy as a cast iron press plus it’s easier to clean than cast iron ones. I just used my press for the first time yesterday and I’m glad that it didn’t conduct much heat, it stayed pretty comfortable in the hand while using it at home for a couple of sandwiches
