Today's cup was a Papua New Guinea coffee, and it did not disappoint.

It has a wonderfully smooth, balanced flavor with very little bitterness. I noticed subtle notes of chocolate and a hint of fruit, giving it just enough complexity without being overpowering. The finish is clean and mellow, making it an easy coffee to enjoy black or with just a splash of cream. If you like a medium-bodied coffee that's rich, smooth, and easy to drink, Papua New Guinea is definitely worth trying. This one is now a regular in my coffee rotation.
