No more headaches post run

Amazing. I thought I would give these a go as I suffer from headaches after runs. I get very sweaty when running, so much so you could exfoliate my face with the salt deposits!! The first one I tried, I didn't mix it correctly so ended up with a mouthful of salty water at the end, not pleasant, but totally my fault. Next time I made sure to give a good mix and yep tasted much better. I recover much better from my runs and can get on with my day with no headache. The raspberry is my favourite, watermelon was ok but the citrus one was just too zingy for me. These will definitely be part of my running kit. Also gave to a running colleague who also felt better after running.
