You see lots of things promoted on social media and this was everywhere! I was super sceptical as I hate things with a weak taste, I’d literally rather drink water than a weak squash. Ultimately, I was influenced and I did purchase the watermelon salt. When I tell you I audibly gasped when I had my first sip I mean it! The taste is unbelievable from such a small sachet!! I used these in the lead up to London marathon to make sure I was hydrated and salty! Not a single cramp through 26 miles, and very nicely hydrated even on a scorcher of a day! Life recommended to 3 people and had all my immediate family take a sip so they understood my hype! My only regret is a didn’t try these sooner as I honestly may have converted to the gels too before the marathon! I’m definitely giving those a go next!
