Bothwell Truffle Monterey Jack Cheese

I received my first order a few days ago. The red fox was absolutely my favourite, plus the cheddar with horseradish (which I love). However, the truffle one was not quite as I expected, not being very familiar with truffles. Nevertheless, I shared with my sister and we never waste food (if it can be avoided) and were both enjoying it a lot. We will ‘acquire’ a taste for this new flavour. Definitely worth a try, but I’d love to try each and every one. Eventually, lol

Deliciously truffled!

A nice surprise, the truffle is prevalent but in the nicest way possible.
