It’s hard to beat green canvas and brass accents. The texture of the micarta is very grippy. Amazing knife for when you need something small that can still get a lot of work done.

RIV’d up with Green Micarta…
I am a collector so it’s what’s in the hand not in the field. My GM EDC collection numbers over 60. Anso/Vox designs call to me, especially when 99% of the designs, builds, materials, and eventual operations (hand use) have become addictive for me. Do I need another RIV? Well, yes. The blade design, flipper and thumb hole, the Green Micarta (which never looks green to me at first) is so well applied, that there’s a certain elegance to my collection and the RIV Green Canvas Micarta tugged on my sensibilities. Add a GM Bead in copper or bronze (your call), a tasteful paracord, and you have a beautiful, handy, flip or flick open, comfortable to the touch in hand. A choir with blade jimping to firmly grip is very satisfying (again in the hand). Clearly, I have a bias for GM designs. But sincerity is measured by time and two years into my collection, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. Highly recommended to flesh out one’s collection with a beautifully fabricated addition to my treasured collection. Highly recommended. (What would you expect?)
