This coffee is a dream to drink every morning. It has a strong flavor and is everything you want in your morning cup. I would absolutely recommend this coffee.

Delicious! There is a crisp, slightly acidic note that plays very nicely against the eponymous honey flavor. Flavor notes don't lie here — excellent with a standard V60 two pour recipe. Dialed in well at 4.1-4.2 clicks on my Ode Gen 2 with standard burrs.

Great everyday coffee

Very nice everyday coffee. Been making it as pour over. Sweet and clean cup with the perfect amount of acidity. Subtle fruit and tea-like/floral notes.
