The Val Cucina toaster oven is a stunning addition to any kitchen, featuring a sleek design that enhances aesthetics. I have the black stainless which matches my appliances nicely. However, my experience was marred by a few issues. One of the trays arrived bent, which was disappointing. Additionally, the first delivery attempt sent the oven to the wrong location, and there was a notable lack of communication regarding the expedited delivery of the replacement. It took nearly a month to receive the oven. While it performs excellently, the customer service and delivery timelines need significant improvement. Overall, it’s a solid product, but be prepared for potential logistical challenges.
