Not as easy house as our Wolf Convection Steam oven.

The oven we bought was defective, the internal glass behind the interior top of the oven exploded into the cavity of the unit making it unusable. However, customer service was efficient in sending another oven. We haven't used the oven very much, not the most intuitive, you have to look up codes for what you want to cook.
