I love my new keyboard

It all started when I began looking for a new keyboard. No keyboard was exactly what I wanted, so I decided to get a custom one made. Because I’m not good at welding, I decided to ask someone to make it for me—and I’m so glad I asked Jake. He responded incredibly quickly, even though I’m in Europe and in a very different time zone. He was extremely helpful, assisting me with customizing my order, and he even offered to upgrade the battery to a larger one at no extra cost. His attitude and support were so professional and outstanding that everyone could learn something from him. Once he started working on my order, he kept me updated on its current status. But his support didn’t stop after shipping—he also helped me with customs and answered all my questions before, during, and after I placed the order. The keyboard itself is top‑notch. It’s the highest level of precise craftsmanship. I love my keyboard—it was love at first sight. His customer support is truly impressive. If anyone is deciding whether they should order a new keyboard, I would definitely recommend Jake. He’s a real professional, and you can genuinely feel that he loves what he does. The keyboard arrived packed with absolute care and attention. It included detailed setup instructions, FAQs, and everything needed to get started. He was also very quick to respond in chat. The keyboard is amazing, although I still need some time to fully get used to it—which I’m currently working on. Loving it so far being it newbie split KB user.

Still learning to get used to the layout. Very responsive and I love the quiet switches. I wish they were a bit heavier so that I don't accidentally press the keys. Love that it is easy to customize and flash the key mods via ZMK.

Great build quality, fantastic typing feel and fast service. I am satisfied with everything so far.
