Require large time investment and some technical know how to troubleshoot and customize and update firmware. There is a large community and youtube videos but taking the time to go through them and discern what is applicable takes too much time if you need something that just works out of the box. For example the key map for the factory glove 80 setting didnt even match what came out of the box. Getting it to connect with a MacBook Pro took 30 min to figure out. Keyboards need to be connected via cable to update firware to Mac friendly key layout. Problem is work issued laptops have all usb ports disabled. If I had knew this in advance I would not have purchased it. Difficult to reach certain keys with small hands. Very sensitive keys. Cumbersome and very expensive to return but there isnt a way to try it in person and decide before purchasing.
