Song Bird Salad Bowl

salad bowl is beautiful and just like it was pictured.....customer service on the other hand was not so beautiful. Ordered the bowl and some other items on 11/30. shipped out 12/2. Got everything but salad bowl. Emailed them. got a response on the 8th saying they would look into it, the 10th they said for some reason it didn't ship with the rest and they will send it out. Didn't get it till the 19th. missed our gift exchange. I think they should have sent it expedited...it was their fault
