Just picked up a backrest for my 2023 HD Highway King... had a little issue with the pad itself when it arrived, sent a note (and photos) to Andy and within MINUTES he not only responded but had a label printed with the replacement the same day. Man, it's hard to find great service like this these days. AWESOME PRODUCT and AWESOME SERVICE!!! Highly recommended!

I love my ‘23 Highway King and the seat looks fantastic - but it is really hard on my back after just an hour or two. I bought the Utopia back to prepare for my first long distance motorcycle tour and I’m amazed to report that my back hasn’t bothered me one bit. The quality is really nice. It looks like it came from the Harley factory.
