Package still not received after a month, package has not even been shipped

I placed my order on August 27 and today is September 27. I still do not receive my order. My order has not even been shipped. Guy keeps posting on Instagram that 2nd week and 3rd week orders of September are being shipped out this week. My order is from the last week of August. Where’s mine!? I spent $350.00. Good thing I didn’t pay for the fast shipping, who knows how much longer it’s going to take?
