This is a great pattern to use if you want a few pairs of shoes in a hurry. The pattern is easy to follow with clear photos and hints and tips on making these doll shoes. There are plenty of photographs to show some of the many options to make for this pattern. The designer gives two sole shapes and upper patterns for constructing out of fabric or vinyl. I have made the 18in size in this design before and was pleased with the results and this pattern does not disappoint either!

This pattern is beautifully drafted and therefore easy to assemble. The ties are a bit of a challenge for arthritic hands. I have both the 14.5 and 18 inch sizes and find them to be a very nice accompaniment for dresses and jumpsuits.
