Pixie Pack Shape 3

I accidentally ordered the wrong Shape. I emailed customer support and they responded immediately. The gal said to ship them back and she would have the shipping dept watch for them and they would send out the correct size. That is what I did and I received the correct Shape in record time. Very, very pleased with your customer service. They were very prompt and followed through with what they promised. EXCELLENT!
