Embroidered Pet Portrait Quarter Zip Sweatshirt

The product is nice but the customer service is not what I would expect. When there was a dispute about the order (I know I specified the 4 free gifts in the order) and the fact that the hat is not custom and I received a dachshund hat - I have a labradoodle - I was told ‘no way to change it’. I own my own business and would have done my best to make it right for the customer but not the case. I have a hat that I cannot use and the sweatshirt is not nearly the value without the free gifts. And it took longer than expected to receive it after I approved the proof. Great idea and concept but disappointing company interactions.

Fantastic quality. The communication was brilliant and easy, I needed to edit the colours and these were changed without a fuss.
