Great table, terrible customer service

I ordered the Homestead Table online in red oak on May 4th. When I went to the Snyder’s store, they did not have the table in their showroom and store staff were not particularly helpful in answering my questions. When I ordered the table, the estimated time till delivery was 8-9 weeks. I received confirmation that the table was complete after 9 weeks, but that was where communication stopped. It was fully 5 weeks from the time the table was completed until it was delivered to me and I received no communication from Snyder’s about the delay. When I called to check in fully a month after the table was complete, my interaction with Dennis left much to be desired. The Lanco Logistics team who finally delivered my table were fantastic, but delivery had to be pushed back a day due to the fact that Snyder’s miscommunicated with the deliverers and was not open when they arrived to pick up the table. The table itself, now that it is finally here, is great. The leaves fit in smoothly, the table is solid and smooth and obviously great quality. The color is quite a bit lighter than I expected, however. Overall, great table but terrible customer service, especially considering how expensive the table was!
