Customer service at Paradise Fibers can't be beat. I was sent regular bobbins instead of the jumbos I ordered. When apprised of the situation, the jumbo bobbins were promptly sent out to me, with a return shipping label to return the regulars.

Just what I needed!

I have the luxury of being able to shop at Paradise Fibers in person. Was there for a spin-in the other day and remembered I needed more Jumbo bobbins for my Kromski Sonata. Of course they had them and Karen knew exactly where they were. So lucky to have a comprehensive resource like Paradise Fibers!

Great customer service

I ordered two walnut jumbo bobbins. When they came in nicely packed and ready to go, one was walnut and one was unfinished. Even though it was a weekend, I called the customer service line and my issue was handled so nicely and quickly. She even walked into the warehouse while I was on the phone to insure that there was another walnut bobbin and came back with it in her hand. I'll definitely order again from Paradise Fibers.
