Beautiful bag, terrible customer service

This Oakely bag is beautiful and just what I hoped it would be. However, I tried to return/exchange a second bag in this order and customer service was nonexistent. They have not returned my phone calls or emails, they don't answer their phone, and when they put me on hold during a chat, their system kicked me off for "inactivity". They wanted a photo uploaded of the bag I wanted to return, and their system kept rejecting the photo. When I was chatting with "Peter" he wanted me to do it all over again. Waste of time. I had hoped to exchange the bag for 2 others, but if they don't call and help me get this issue resolved, I won't order from Myra again. I tried to support a small business, but am sorry I didn't just stick to Amazon: free shipping, easiest returns ever, no customer service hassles, no pictures to upload. And Amazon has beautiful cowhide bags at about 1/2 the price.
