High quality and free shipping

I ordered both the Delineator Kit (18 lb bases) and several hundred additional feet of turquoise chain for a related project. The arrival of the order was easy to track. The shipping package was sturdy. Product quality is excellent. I very much appreciate the free shipping when buying heavy items like delineators.
