55Micro Digital Core Sub-Micro Servo #REEFS171

I installed the servo in an airplane; the servo is no in an Eflight 2m Draco rudder. Installing this servo in the Rudder is like adding Hydrulics to the flight control. This servo packs a punch, it will allow me to climb while holding a knife edge. Going FWD, there will be more Reefs servos installed in my RC aircraft. I only use Reefs products in my RC trucks!

This servo more than surprised me. This servo is running the Rudder and Tailwheel on my E-Flight 2M Draco. You may know, the rudder on the Draco is larger than many and the Tailwheel is connected via two springs directly to the bottom of the Dracos Rudder. On the ground, I have full command of steering / taxi. Now that I have the 55 Micro installed, I feel that I have direct, positive, and accurate control over steering. In flight, I now realize positive control with the rudder. Since installing the servo, I am able to climb while performing a knife edge. When I move the left stick with the rudder, I now have positive yaw control with the airplane. I may pay a small weight penalty; I am going to attrit out all of the Horizion OEM servos in the Draco and install the 55Micro. Ill come back and update this review as the servos are installed in the elevator, ailerons and flaps. I have full confidence the 55micro will make my Draco a different airplane.
